After a busy season Peter and I are about to leave for some work/play overseas for three months.  Ever faithful Jo will keep things ticking along here while we are away with the help of Maureen.  There will be no glass demonstrations until we return (with lots of new skills) in early August.

World of Marbles will be exhibiting at the National Glass Fair in Birmingham, England on 9th May before heading across to Venice to watch the experts.  In June we are attending Wheaten Village Marble show in New Jersey, USA.  I will also be doing some courses in Seattle and San Diego before returning to Australia in July to do a six day workshop with Loren Stump.

At the moment our winter hours will be 10am to 4pm 7 days a week.  However, the council have told us they will be digging up the road outside the gallery, starting in early May so this may cause some necessary closures.  If you are thinking of coming it would be best to phone or e-mail first.  We hope this will not happen too often.
